This is really nice with strong bearing capacity.

Hey Anthony! Why is there a large gap on this cabinet?

Because I am still working on the finishing.

In this video, I will show you how caulk gaps with caulk compound.

What is worth talking about caulk compound?

It is the caulk compound from Selleys.

It is highly elastic and not easy to shrink.

You won’t see any gap more after using the gap filler.

It can reduce the cracks.

What are the other features?

There are a wide range of colors to choose from. And you can paint over it.

So that you can match the color of the furniture.

as well as the wall.

If you can’t find an ideal color from the range,

no worries, you can put the water-based paint over it
to make a beautiful finishing.

Now I will show you hot to use the caulk compound.

Firstly, choose a caulk compound that matches the color of your furniture.

As both the cabinet and the wall are white,
thus I will choose a white caulk compound.

Secondly, you need to cut off the tip of the caulk tube’s nozzle.

Before cutting it offer, find out the largest gap between the furniture and the wall.

After the observation, I find the gap here is the largest.

Then, I will put the caulk tube’s nozzle here at 45° angle.
Leave 2-3 mm when cutting the tip off.

Thirdly, clean the application surface.

Remove all the debris on it.

Make sure there is no water or any moisture on the surface.

Then you can start caulking at any time.

If you find the result not satisfactory.

You can dip your finger inside a glass of water and to use your finger to smooth out the caulk compound.

Don’t worry if you can’t smooth the caulk compound perfectly.

Use a wet towel and wipe it well.

You should be able to see a good result.

It is that easy to fill out gaps with a caulk compound.

All done. Bye!
